On July 5^th the Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir Padalko met with Honorary Chairman of the Committee for Hungarian-Russian Relations of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Imre Tóth and vice-president of the Committee Mr. Laszlo Horvath.

The International Think Tank Summit «Primakov Readings» 2017 dedicated to the memory of the outstanding scientist and statesman Academician Yevgeny Primakov took place at the Moscow’s World Trade Center on June 29- 30. The theme of the forum was "The World in 2035".

The vice-president of the CCI of Russia Vladimir Padalko opened the Russia-Vietnam forum. Speaking with brief opening remarks he welcomed the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Chiang Dai Kuang, and the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Maxim Oreshkin.

On June 20^th a Seminar to attract Russian investment in Brazil was held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The seminar was one of the events within the framework of the official visit of Brazilian President Mr. Michel Temer to Russia.

The business forum "Cyprus-Russia: New Opportunities for Business and Investment Cooperation" took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The event was organized by the Cyprus Embassy in Russia in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism of Cyprus, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cyprus-Russia Business Cooperation Association with the support of the CCI of Russia.

The 13th high-level meeting of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Russia, Mongolia and China had being held in Ulaanbaatar. Over 300 business delegates of the three countries were exchanging views on trilateral trade cooperation and investment and defining their future goals.

The head of the National Chapter of the SCO Business Council from Russia, the President of CCI of Russia Sergey Katyrin took part in the events of the SCO Summit in Astana.

At the upcoming summit of the SCO heads of state in Astana the main event will be the admission of India and Pakistan to full members of the organization. With these words the Vice-president of the CCI of Russia Vladimir Padalko began the session “The SCO and prospects for the development of broad Eurasian partnership” at SPIEF-2017.
